Anderson Ice Co started as a small ice delivery route in South Los Angeles, and something beautiful happened along the way — people started asking for more. So we baked. Then we baked more. Today, we're your neighborhood source for bakery-fresh breads, delicate pastries, and the clearest, coldest ice you'll find west of the 405.

Everything we make follows the same rule: if we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we won't sell it to you. That's why our sourdough ferments for 48 hours, our croissants get 27 layers by hand, and our ice is filtered through a seven-stage process that removes everything but the purest water.
